Who we are

Last Is Fast is run by BSCF LIMITED trading as LIF, 89 St John’s Road, Harrogate, HG1 3AE, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. If you have any questions about your information or want to use your rights, email us at lastisfast76@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery and billing addresses
Your orders, order history, returns and payment status (we do not receive or store your full card details)
Messages you send us by email, through our contact form or through our website chat
Your email marketing preferences
Information about your device and how you use our website, collected by Shopify through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)

We collect this information from you, from your orders, from our payment providers, and from Shopify, which hosts our store.

Moving from our previous website

We have moved our online shop from Wix to Shopify. To keep running the business, we transferred customer details, past order records and email marketing preferences to Shopify. Moving website does not mean you have been signed up to marketing. You will only receive marketing emails if you had already agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

How and why we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and answer your questions. This is necessary to carry out our contract with you.
To keep tax and accounting records and meet our legal obligations. This is required by law.
To prevent fraud, handle complaints and run our business. This is in our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
To send you marketing emails, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting us.
To use optional analytics cookies, only if you accept them in our cookie banner.

Who we share your information with

Shopify, which hosts our store and provides our checkout, card payments (Shopify Payments), order emails and website chat
PayPal or Klarna, if you choose to pay with them
Royal Mail, to deliver your order
Matrixify, which we used to transfer records from our previous website
Franks Media, which builds and supports our website and may access information when needed for that work
Authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information.

How Shopify uses information

Shopify also uses some information for its own purposes, including combining information about your activity on our store with other Shopify stores to improve its services and personalise advertising. International transfers

Some of our service providers process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms. Contact us if you would like more details.

How long we keep your information

We normally keep order and accounting records for six years, as required for tax purposes. We keep marketing preferences while you remain subscribed, and a record of any unsubscribe so we can respect it. Other information, such as messages and enquiries, is kept only as long as we need it. We protect your information with access controls and other appropriate security measures.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or transfer it to you or another organisation. You can also object to us using your information for our legitimate interests, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Some rights have conditions and exceptions. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

We sell products for adults and children. Children’s products should be bought by a parent, guardian or other adult. Please avoid including unnecessary information about children in order notes or messages.
