1. About us

LIF (Last Is Fast) is the trading name of BSCF LIMITED, company number 16351166, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 7 Princes Square, Harrogate, England, HG1 1ND, and our business address is 89 St John’s Road, Harrogate, HG1 3AE, United Kingdom. We are not VAT registered. You can contact us at lastisfast76@gmail.com. These terms apply to consumer purchases from lastisfast.co.uk.

2. Products and ordering

Please check the product description, colour, size guide and quantity before ordering. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your right to receive goods that match their description.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will email you to confirm we have received it, and the contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If there is an error or an item is unavailable, we will tell you before going ahead and offer a correction or a refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Our accepted payment methods are listed on our Payment Methods page. If we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund any payment for it.

4. Our designs

We sell the designs and product options shown on our website. We do not offer customisation or personalisation of tees, hoodies or swim caps.

5. Delivery

Our Shipping & Returns page explains dispatch times, delivery charges and destinations. The goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you or someone you nominate.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

We do not accept returns if you have simply changed your mind, other than under your legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Our Shipping & Returns page explains how to cancel and return an item, refunds, and includes a cancellation form. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and earplugs can only be returned unworn, with the hygiene liner and all tags attached. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Promotions

Each promotion is subject to its advertised conditions, dates and limits. Where an offer is for first orders only, previous purchases from our former website count as previous orders. The welcome offer can be used once per customer. Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

8. Problems and our responsibility

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the problem, and we will work with you to put it right. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to take reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Privacy and changes to these terms

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your personal information. If we change these terms, the changes apply to future orders only.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
